First day of vacation. Hit road debris. Parked to go do vacationy things, a few hours later half the air was gone from a tire. Pumped it up & went straight to Melvin's - needed a new tire because of where the puncture was. Rudy + Ken took great care of us and got us back on the road fast. Very professional & excellent customer service!

I wish I could give 0 stars. They tried to charge me $2,500 for brakes. I watched a YouTube video and did them in a hour myself for $100. They knew I needed an inspection quick and tried to take advantage of me. Used to be a good spot before they got bought out. But now you couldn’t even pay me to recommend them to anyone.

I found Melvin by doing a quick search for a tire plug/patch. I wasn’t sure what I needed so they did an awesome job assessing my issue. Turns out I didn’t need a patch or a plug but my rim wasn’t seated properly on the tire. They corrected the issue and also added a complimentary tire rotation. The service was swift as well, clean facility, and nice customer service.

One year ago they replaced my old tires at a very competitive price and provided timely installation and service. Recently I developed a slow leak in my rear right tire. Called them and set an appointment for the following morning. They had me out in 30 minutes and DID NOT charge me to plug my tire. Great service and they will earn my continued business in the future. Thank you guys!

Melvin’s service and care is very customer and service oriented as well as professional and helpful with emergency fixes. The only place open on Sunday, their crew was excellent in managing my emergency needs for failed breaks. Rudy, a team leader did everything to assist and get this happening so I could get my car back as soon as possible. I highly recommend them. I needed help in a punch before with tire pressure reading and they immediately took care of it. Many, many thanks and grateful they are open 7 days a week, no one else us 😊 Happy customer, Susan S.
